Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange refund or store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original.

Before your return, pls contact our customer service team with your order number.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our warehouse. In turn, Popular Poison will cover the shipping fees associated with redelivering the desired item(s). Popular Poison recommends that all packages being exchanged be insured by their carrier when shipping. Popular Poison is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit.
