Orders placed in the United States are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. During Sales and the Holiday Season, orders placed in the United States are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Pre-sale items shipped based on the information provided in the product description.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 3-4 business days (5-7 business days during the Holiday Season), please feel free to reach us directly.
Shipping rates are determined based on the carrier service that is chosen at checkout. Most orders take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive (this excludes international orders) from the day of shipment.
Free Shipping Option
All domestic orders (within the United States) are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on geographical location. For international orders, we offer a $5 flat rate shipping rate.
Due to growing fraud, all orders are required to have a billing address that matches the address in which the order is being shipped to. If you require a package to be shipped to an alternate address, you will be emailed by a customer service representative to provide proper documentation. The verification process may delay the processing time of your order. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in your order being cancelled.
